• How: reply to your delivery email (or write to hello@perimenopausereset.org) with your order number and the word “refund.” No forms, no phone calls, no convincing required. One sentence about why is appreciated — it helps us improve — but it’s optional.
• Timing: refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of our confirmation.
• Scope: applies to all digital products in the order, including add-ons like Eat for the Shift.
• After 14 days: because these are instantly delivered digital files, we can’t offer refunds beyond the 14-day window.

Since the products are digital, there’s nothing to return — the files are yours to keep either way. We simply ask that refunded materials not be shared or redistributed.
